Ingredients:
- 500 g potatoes
- 300 g carrots
- 200 g cabbage
- 400 g ground meat (beef or chicken)
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 dl cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots. Boil them in salted water for about 15 minutes until soft.
2. Finely chop the onion and cabbage. Sauté the onion in butter in a pan, then add the cabbage and cook until softened.
3. Add the ground meat to the pan and brown it. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Drain the cooked potatoes and carrots. Add them to the pan with the ground meat and mix well.
5. Stir in the cream and let simmer over low heat for a few minutes.
6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs.
