Ingredients:

- 2 dl finely chopped dill
- 2 tbsp light cream
- 400 g fish (e.g., boneless fish)
- 2 onions
- 1 tsp fish stock
- 10 potatoes, cut into boat-shaped pieces
- 10 allspice berries
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 pinch of fine sea salt
- Melted margarine (e.g., Keiju)

Instructions:

1. Melt the margarine in a pot and add the chopped onions. Sauté the onions until they are soft.
2. Add the potatoes to the pot and pour in enough water to cover them. Add the fish stock and allspice berries.
3. Bring to a boil and let the soup simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are nearly cooked through.
4. Add the fish pieces to the soup and cook for another 5-10 minutes until the fish is fully cooked.
5. Stir in the dill and light cream, mix well, and season with sea salt to taste.
6. Let the soup sit for a moment before serving. Serve warm.
