Serving Size: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g beef (such as chuck or stew meat)
- 2 liters water
- 4 potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 onion
- 2 bay leaves
- 5-6 black peppercorns
- Salt to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cut the beef into cubes.
2. Place the meat in a pot and pour in the water. Heat until boiling.
3. Add the bay leaves and black peppercorns. Let it simmer on low heat for about 1 hour.
4. Peel and chop the potatoes, carrots, and celery stalk.
5. Add the vegetables to the soup and continue cooking for another 30-40 minutes until all ingredients are tender.
6. Season with salt to taste.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh dill.
