Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 200 g flour
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl cream
- 100 g butter
- 200 g fresh vegetables (e.g., tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers)
- 150 g smoked salmon
- 1 dl fresh herbs (e.g., basil, parsley)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Boil the eggs hard for about 10 minutes, then cool them in cold water.
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, milk, cream, and melted butter. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Cook pancakes over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
4. Chop the fresh vegetables and mix them with the fresh herbs.
5. Slice the smoked salmon into strips.
6. Serve the pancakes filled with the vegetable and herb mixture, topped with smoked salmon. Add the boiled eggs on top or serve them on the side.
