Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken fillets
- 1 dl cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 200 g green beans
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
2. Cut the bell pepper into cubes.
3. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the onion and garlic, and sauté until soft.
4. Add the chicken fillets to the pan and cook until fully cooked through.
5. Add the bell pepper cubes and green beans to the pan. Cook for a few more minutes.
6. Pour the cream into the pan and mix well. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve the dish garnished with fresh parsley.
