Ingredients:

- 200 g pasta
- 1 dl cream
- 100 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 dl fresh herbs (e.g., basil or parsley)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g cherry tomatoes

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente.
2. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic. Sauté for a couple of minutes.
4. Add the cream to the pan and let it simmer on low heat.
5. Grate the Parmesan cheese and add it to the sauce, mixing well.
6. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and stir.
7. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the pasta.
8. Season with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
9. Serve immediately while warm.
