Ingredients:
- 500 g domestic chicken - 300 g fresh vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 2 dl rice
- 1 dl chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions. 2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and sauté for a few more minutes until they are tender.
4. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and soy sauce. Let it simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve with rice and garnish with fresh parsley.
