Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g Kukko Pils beer sausages
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 dl ketchup
- 1 dl pickles, chopped
- 1 dl red cabbage, shredded
- 1 dl fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or chives), chopped
- Bread slices or rolls for serving
Instructions:
1. Cook the Kukko Pils sausages in a frying pan or on the grill over medium heat until they are beautifully golden brown and cooked through.
2. Prepare the sauce by mixing together the mustard and ketchup.
3. Chop the pickles and shred the red cabbage and fresh herbs.
4. Serve the sausages on top of bread or in rolls, adding the mustard-ketchup mixture, pickles, red cabbage, and herbs on top.
