This delicious whole roasted chicken with lemon is a perfect choice for a festive dinner or weekend meal. The preparation doesn't take much time, and the result is impressive! Preparation Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken (about 3.3 lbs)- 2 lemons
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth or water
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).2. Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.
3. Slice one lemon and place some slices inside the chicken along with the garlic cloves.
4. Squeeze the juice of the second lemon and mix it with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
5. Brush the lemon-olive oil mixture over the surface of the chicken and place the remaining lemon slices on top.
6. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and pour the chicken broth or water into the pan.
7. Roast the chicken in the oven for about 1 hour, until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (75°C).
8. Let the chicken rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
