A delicious roasted chicken dish made with natural ingredients, perfect for a weekend meal with family or friends.

Ingredients:

- 1 kg free-range chicken (kettukana)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 500 g potatoes, diced
- 200 g green beans

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, crushed garlic, lemon juice, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. Rub the mixture all over the chicken and place it in a roasting pan.
4. Add the diced potatoes and green beans around the chicken.
5. Roast in the oven for about 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
6. Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Serve the roast with fresh herbs and enjoy the natural flavors!
