Ingredients:
- 1 liter of water - 300 g potatoes
- 200 g carrots
- 150 g leek
- 200 g salmon or whitefish
- 100 ml cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh herbs (e.g., dill or parsley)
Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots into small cubes. Slice the leek. 2. Heat the water in a pot and add the potatoes, carrots, and leek. Boil for about 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
3. Add the fish pieces to the soup and cook for another 5 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
4. Pour the cream into the soup and season with salt and black pepper. Let it simmer for a moment.
5. Serve the soup garnished with fresh herbs.
