Ingredients:

- 100 g fresh arugula
- 100 g spinach
- 50 g watercress
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 50 g roasted nuts (e.g., walnuts or cashews)
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Rinse and dry the arugula, spinach, and watercress.
2. Cut the avocado, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
3. In a large bowl, combine the greens and vegetables.
4. Add the roasted nuts to the salad.
5. Prepare the dressing by mixing the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
7. Serve immediately!
