Ingredients:
- 1 small summer cabbage- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions:
1. Rinse the summer cabbage and cut it into quarters.2. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
3. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
4. Brush the cabbage quarters with the oil mixture.
5. Grill the cabbage for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until softened and nicely colored.
6. Remove the cabbage from the grill and transfer it to a serving platter.
7. Top with the halved cherry tomatoes and chopped parsley.
8. Serve warm as a side dish to grilled foods.
