Ingredients
- 50 g butter - ½ packet of Domino cookies
- 200 g white chocolate
- 400 g cream cheese
- 1 dl sugar
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Instructions
1. Melt the butter and crush the Domino cookies. Mix them together and press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. 2. Melt the white chocolate in a water bath or microwave. Let it cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
4. Add the melted white chocolate to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla sugar until soft peaks form.
6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
7. Pour the filling over the cookie base and smooth the top.
8. Allow the cheesecake to set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
9. Optionally, decorate with white chocolate shavings or berries before serving.
