Serving Size: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 450 g white chocolate
- 60 g butter
- 1.5 dl heavy cream
- 80 g powdered sugar
- 3 egg whites
- Mint leaves (for garnish)
- Cookies (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Melt the white chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or carefully in the microwave.
2. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold in the powdered sugar.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
4. Carefully fold the melted white chocolate mixture into the whipped cream until combined.
5. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites until fully incorporated.
6. Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and garnish with mint leaves.
7. Serve with cookies on the side.
