White Chocolate Mint Pudding

White Chocolate Mint Pudding

A creamy and refreshing dessert with the delightful combination of white chocolate and fresh mint.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes (plus chilling time)
Serving Size: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g white chocolate
- 5 dl milk
- 3 dl cream
- 1 dl sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 4 gelatin sheets
- 2-3 tsp fresh mint (chopped)
Instructions:
1. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave carefully.
2. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5-10 minutes.
3. Heat the milk in a saucepan and add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the melted white chocolate.
5. Squeeze excess water from the gelatin sheets and add them to the warm mixture, stirring until dissolved.
6. Add the cream and chopped mint to the mixture. Stir well.
7. Pour the pudding into serving dishes and place them in the refrigerator.
8. Allow the puddings to set for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
