This delightful dessert combines the rich flavors of chocolate and mint, reminiscent of the classic After Eight mints. It’s a creamy, dairy-free treat perfect for chocolate lovers!
Ingredients:
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 2 dl almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 dl fresh mint leaves (chopped)
- 50 g dark chocolate (melted)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
2. Stir in the chopped mint leaves and melted chocolate until evenly distributed.
