Ingredients:

- 1.5 kg potatoes
- 1 packet bacon
- 1 onion
- 7 cloves garlic
- Salt
- Grilling spice mix
- Black pepper, ground
- Butter
- 200-400 ml cream

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the potatoes, then boil them in salted water until soft.
2. Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy, then transfer it to paper towels to drain excess fat.
3. Chop the onion and garlic, then add them to the bacon fat in the pan and sauté until soft.
4. Drain the boiled potatoes and mash them in a bowl.
5. Stir in the sautéed onions, garlic, bacon, butter, and cream into the mashed potatoes. Mix well.
6. Season the mixture with salt, grilling spice mix, and black pepper to taste.
7. Serve warm as a side dish or main course.
