Ingredients:
- 2 medium beetroots
- 2 medium potatoes
- 2 onions
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 2 vegetable bouillon cubes
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- water
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the beetroots and potatoes into small pieces.
2. Finely chop the onions.
3. Bring water to a boil in a large pot.
4. Add the vegetable bouillon cubes, chopped vegetables, and white wine vinegar to the boiling water.
5. Cover and let the beetroots simmer until tender, about 20-25 minutes.
6. Once the vegetables are cooked, blend the soup to your desired consistency.
7. Season the soup with oregano and salt. Serve warm.
