Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados- 2 large oranges
- 1 red onion
- 100 g salad greens (e.g., arugula or iceberg lettuce)
- 50 g feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the avocados and oranges. Remove any membranes from the orange slices.2. Cut the red onion into thin rings.
3. Arrange the salad base on a plate: place the salad greens, topped with avocado, orange, and red onion slices.
4. Crumble the feta cheese on top of the salad.
5. Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
6. Garnish with fresh basil if using.
