A creamy and delicious pasta dish with sautéed mushrooms and garlic. Perfect for a quick dinner.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 200 g mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml cream
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and reserve a bit of the cooking water.
2. Chop the onion and garlic. Slice the mushrooms.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the onion and garlic. Sauté until soft.
4. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until golden brown.
5. Pour the cream into the mushroom mixture and stir. Let it simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well. If needed, add a little reserved cooking water to prevent the pasta from being too dry.
7. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
8. Serve garnished with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
