Croissant Bake with Apples and Raspberries

A delicious and moist croissant bake that combines buttery croissants, soft apples, and delightful raspberries. Perfect for Mother's Day breakfast! Preparation Time: 45 minutes
Serving Size: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
- 6-8 ready-made croissants- 2 apples
- 100 g fresh raspberries
- 300 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 50 g butter
- Powdered sugar for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).2. Slice the croissants and arrange them in a greased baking dish.
3. Peel and slice the apples. In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the apple slices for a few minutes until softened.
4. Add the sautéed apples on top of the croissant slices in the baking dish and sprinkle the raspberries over them.
5. In a bowl, mix together the milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Pour the mixture over the croissants and fruit in the baking dish.
6. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the custard is set.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Dust with powdered sugar and add fresh raspberries before serving.
