Delicious and quick pastries made from ready-made dough, perfect as a sweet snack or addition to your coffee table.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 12 pieces
Ingredients:
- 1 package of ready-made dough (e.g. puff pastry)
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 1 egg (for brushing)
- Powdered sugar (optional, for decoration)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C for fan ovens).
2. Roll out the ready-made dough into a thin sheet and cut it into rectangular pieces.
3. Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place them in the center of each dough rectangle.
4. Fold the dough pieces into triangles, ensuring the chocolate is sealed inside.
5. Brush the triangles with the beaten egg and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
7. Allow to cool for a moment and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
