Delicious and nutritious snacks perfect for busy days or post-workout. These bars are easy to make and have a great taste that will keep you coming back for more.

Ingredients:

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup nuts (e.g., almonds or walnuts)
- 1 cup dried fruits (e.g., dates or raisins)
- ½ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup protein powder (optional)
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, nuts, dried fruit pieces, and salt.
3. Add the honey (or maple syrup), peanut butter, and vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
4. If using protein powder, add it now and mix until smooth.
5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and press down firmly into an even layer.
6. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
