A delicious and easy Mediterranean pasta perfect for a weekend dinner or a quick weekday meal. It combines flavorful ingredients and is ready in no time! Preparation time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 8 black olives, chopped
- 200 g crushed tomatoes
- 0.5 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 150 g penne pasta
- 1 onion, chopped
- Olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 0.5 tsp dried Italian herb mix or Provencal herbs
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or ketchup
- Chili, sliced and seeds removed
Instructions:
1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions and drain.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the chopped onion and crushed garlic. Sauté until the onion is soft.
3. Add the crushed tomatoes, olives, salt, black pepper, herbs, and soy sauce. Mix well and let simmer for a few minutes.
4. Add the cooked pasta to the mixture and stir until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
5. Add the sliced chili to taste and mix once more.
6. Serve warm.
