Ingredients:

- 200 g cheese (e.g., cheddar or emmental)
- 2 dl cream
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Grate the cheese and set aside.
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
3. Add the all-purpose flour to the butter and mix well.
4. Pour in the cream and stir until the mixture is smooth.
5. Heat the mixture on low until it begins to thicken.
6. Add the grated cheese and mustard, stirring until the cheese has completely melted.
7. Season with salt and pepper.
