Ingredients:

- 500 g beef (e.g., tenderloin)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 250 g mushrooms
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp oil
- 100 ml beef broth
- 100 ml sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cut the beef into strips and season with salt and pepper.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Slice the mushrooms.
4. Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until softened.
5. Add the beef to the pan and quickly brown it.
6. Add the mushrooms and cook for a few more minutes.
7. Sprinkle the flour over the meat and mix well.
8. Pour the beef broth into the pan and let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
9. Stir in the sour cream and Dijon mustard, mix well, and heat for a short while.
10. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
11. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
