Ingredients:
- 400 g boneless chicken strips - 0.5 dl tomato puree
- 0.5 dl cooking cream
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic cloves. 2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing for about 5 minutes until soft.
3. Add the chicken strips to the pan and cook until golden brown.
4. Stir in the tomato puree and cooking cream. Mix well and let simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
