Ingredients:
- 800 g tender beef fillet, sliced
- A pinch of sea salt flakes
- Freshly ground black pepper
Marinade:
- 4 yellow onions, peeled and thinly sliced
- 3 dl cream
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the marinade ingredients: yellow onions, cream, mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, and thyme.
2. Add the sliced beef fillet to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the marinated beef fillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
4. Season with a pinch of sea salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper before serving.
5. Serve hot with rice or potatoes.
