Ingredients:
- 2 dl pudding rice- 1 liter whole milk
- Salt to taste
- Butter for greasing the dish
- For garnish:
- Whole cranberries
- Whole almonds
Instructions:
1. Grease a 1.5-liter baking dish with butter.2. In the dish, combine the pudding rice, whole milk, and salt.
3. Bake the rice pudding in the oven at 175°C (350°F) on the lower rack for about 1.5 hours.
4. Stir the pudding a few times during baking.
5. Once cooled, garnish the pudding with whole cranberries and almonds.
