A delicious and easy side dish that pairs perfectly with meat or fish. This recipe takes only 20 minutes to prepare and serves four.

Ingredients:
- 400 g fresh mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Clean and slice the mushrooms.
2. Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion.
3. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
4. Add the onion and garlic to the pan. Sauté until they are soft.
5. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are nicely browned.
6. Pour the cream over the mushroom mixture and stir well. Allow it to simmer for a few minutes.
7. Season with salt and black pepper.
8. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving.
