A delicious and easy dish where fish is baked in the oven with vegetables. Perfect for everyday meals or special occasions.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g fish (e.g., salmon or pike fillets)
- 2 carrots
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red onion
- 2 dl cream
- 1 dl grated cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Peel and slice the carrots, zucchini, and red onion into thin julienne strips.
3. Place the vegetable strips in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
4. Place the fish fillets on top of the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
5. Pour the cream over the fish and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
6. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the fish is cooked and the cheese is golden brown.
7. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
