Ingredients:
- 1 package of frozen spinach soup
- A pinch of white pepper
- 1 package of frozen coley (400g)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Place the frozen coley, cut into four pieces, in a greased baking dish.
3. Season with salt and white pepper.
4. Pour the thawed spinach soup over the fish.
5. Bake in the oven for just over an hour.
