Ingredients:

- 1 package frozen cod fillets
- 2½ cups heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Lemon pepper to taste
- 1 piece leek (chopped)
- 1 cup grated cheese

Instructions:

1. Season the cod fillets with salt and lemon pepper.
2. Rinse and slice the leek, then add it on top of the fish.
3. Pour the heavy cream over the fish.
4. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and bake for 10 minutes.
5. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the fish and continue baking until the fish is cooked through and the cheese is slightly golden.
6. Serve the baked cod with mashed potatoes.
