Ingredients:

- 2 tsp mineral salt
- 110 g pike
- 10 boiled potatoes
- 1 onion
Instructions:
1. Place the pike on a baking dish that has been sprinkled with a little salt.
2. Sprinkle additional salt over the fish, top with sliced onion, and add a dollop of butter.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about one hour.
4. Serve with boiled potatoes.
