Delicious summer rolls filled with duck breast seasoned with five-spice powder. A great option for year-end celebrations, offering a light and fun dining experience.

Serving Size: 4-6 people

Ingredients:

- 2 duck breast fillets
- 1 tbsp five-spice powder
- 8 rice papers
- 1 green bell pepper, julienned
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 100 g lettuce (such as iceberg)
- Fresh cilantro
- Soy sauce (for dipping)
- Ketchup (for dipping)

Instructions:

1. Season the duck breast fillets with five-spice powder and sear them in a hot pan for about 6-8 minutes on each side until medium-rare. Let them rest for a moment before slicing.
2. Prepare the vegetables: julienne the bell pepper, cucumber, and carrot. Rinse and dry the lettuce.
3. Soak a rice paper in water until it softens. Place the rice paper on a work surface.
4. Add sliced duck, vegetables, and fresh cilantro to the center of the rice paper.
5. Roll the rice paper tightly into a roll and repeat with the remaining ingredients.
6. Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing ketchup and soy sauce.
7. Serve the summer rolls immediately with the dipping sauce.
