A dreamy light tiramisu cake that combines a chocolate sponge base with delicious mascarpone cream, soaked in coffee liqueur for an extra special flavor.
Preparation time: 1 hour
Serving size: 10-12 servings

Ingredients:

- 4 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 50 g melted butter
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 100 ml Baileys Iced Coffee Mocha (or other coffee liqueur)
- Cocoa powder (for decoration)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a baking sheet.
2. Whisk the eggs and sugar until fluffy.
3. Gently fold in the flour and cocoa powder.
4. Add the melted butter to the batter and mix well.
5. Pour the batter onto the baking sheet and spread it evenly. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes.
6. Let the sponge cool, then cut it into suitable pieces.
7. Whip the mascarpone cheese and heavy cream together until soft peaks form.
8. Soak the cake pieces in Baileys liqueur and layer them in a serving dish.
9. Spread the mascarpone cream over the cake pieces.
10. Decorate with cocoa powder and let the cake set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
