Ingredients:
- 2 small turnips - 300 g wild mushrooms
- Salt to taste
- Juniper berries to taste
- 250 g pork belly with bones
- About 10 radishes
- 50 g pork fat
- 0.6 L water
- Allspice to taste
- 800 g venison shoulder
- 400 g carrots
- 3 onions
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the turnips, carrots, and onions. 2. In a pot, heat the water and add the turnips, carrots, onions, and pork belly. Simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.
3. Add the chopped wild mushrooms, radishes, and venison shoulder. Continue simmering for another 20 minutes.
4. Season the soup with salt, juniper berries, allspice, and pork fat. Stir well.
5. Let the soup simmer for an additional 10 minutes before serving.
