A delicious combination of fresh cabbage and creamy tzatziki flavors, perfect as a side dish for grilled foods or as a light salad for summer days.

Serving Size: 4-6 people

Ingredients:

- 1 small fresh cabbage
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup Turkish yogurt
- 1 cucumber
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Shred the fresh cabbage into thin strips and place it in a large bowl.
2. Grate the cucumber coarsely and squeeze out the excess moisture. Add the cucumber to the cabbage.
3. Peel and crush the garlic cloves. Add them to the bowl.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and Turkish yogurt together, then add the lemon juice and chopped dill. Season with salt and black pepper.
5. Pour the yogurt mixture over the cabbage-cucumber mixture and stir well to combine.
6. Allow the salad to marinate in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
