Tsatsiki - Refreshing Garlic Dip

Ingredients:
- 2 dl Greek yogurt
- 1 large cucumber
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh mint or dill (optional)
Instructions:
1. Grate the cucumber coarsely and squeeze out any excess moisture.
2. Finely chop the garlic cloves.
3. In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, and white wine vinegar.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. You can also add chopped fresh mint or dill if desired.
5. Allow the dip to chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving, letting the flavors meld.
6. Serve the tsatsiki alongside grilled meats or vegetables.
