Ingredients
- 1 cup Bulgarian yogurt - 1 fresh cucumber
- 1 cup pickled bell peppers
- 1-2 pickles
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Grate the fresh cucumber coarsely and squeeze out any excess moisture. 2. Finely chop the pickled bell peppers and pickles into small pieces.
3. Mince the garlic cloves and add them to a mixing bowl.
4. In the bowl, combine the Bulgarian yogurt, cucumber, chopped bell peppers, and pickles.
5. Mix all the ingredients well and season with salt to taste.
6. Allow the tsatsiki to chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
