A delightful and eye-catching dessert perfect for a sweet treat or coffee table delight. Combining cookies, jam, and cocoa creates a delicious flavor combination.

Serving Size: 10-12 pieces
Ingredients:
- Approximately 360 g Marie biscuits
- 250 g Fazer rowanberry jam
- 1 dl raisins
- 3 tablespoons dark cocoa powder
- 150 g butter (melted)
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
Instructions:
1. Crush the Marie biscuits into fine crumbs.
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and mix in the sugar, vanilla sugar, and cocoa powder.
3. Add the crushed biscuits to the mixture and stir well.
4. Incorporate the rowanberry jam and raisins into the batter, mixing until smooth.
5. Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and press it down evenly.
6. Allow it to chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
7. Cut into desired sizes and serve.
