Ingredients:
- 300 g cherry tomatoes - 200 g mozzarella cheese
- 1 dl fresh basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. 2. Cut the mozzarella cheese into strips or cubes.
3. In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, mozzarella, and fresh basil.
4. Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
5. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy the winter freshness!
