A delicious Greek cucumber salad that pairs perfectly with grilled meats and fish. This refreshing and flavorful dip is easy and quick to prepare.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 medium cucumber
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- (Optional) Fresh mint
Instructions:
1. Grate the cucumber coarsely and squeeze out the excess moisture.
2. Crush or finely chop the garlic cloves.
3. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, vinegar, and olive oil.
4. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper.
5. (Optional) Add chopped fresh mint for extra flavor.
6. Mix all the ingredients well and let the tsatsiki chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
