Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cucumber (about 3 inches)
- 1 garlic clove
Instructions:
1. Drain the yogurt for a few minutes using a coffee filter to remove excess moisture.
2. Grate the cucumber and finely chop the garlic clove.
3. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
4. Serve the tzatziki with cut-up vegetables for dipping.
