A delicious summer dish where grilled mushrooms are paired with a refreshing chickpea tzatziki.

Ingredients:
- 8 giant mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can chickpeas (approximately 400 g)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/2 cucumber, grated
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh mint or parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
2. Clean the giant mushrooms and remove the stems. Brush the tops with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the mushrooms for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until they are tender and have nice grill marks.
4. Prepare the chickpea tzatziki: Rinse and drain the chickpeas. In a bowl, mix the chickpeas, Greek yogurt, crushed garlic, grated cucumber, lemon juice, and chopped herbs. Season with salt.
5. Serve the grilled giant mushrooms warm with the chickpea tzatziki on the side.
