A delicious pasta dish featuring fresh mushrooms, garlic, and cream. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 200 g fresh mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 100 ml cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve a little pasta water.
2. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Slice the mushrooms.
4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Add the onion and garlic to the pan and sauté until soft.
6. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until golden brown.
7. Pour the cream into the mushroom mixture and stir well. Let it simmer for a moment.
8. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix. If the mixture is too dry, add a little reserved pasta water.
9. Season with salt and pepper.
10. Serve the pasta garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
