Ingredients:
- 100 g chorizo, sliced - 100 g manchego cheese, cubed
- 150 g mixed olives (green and black)
- 100 g hummus
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 bag of nachos or ciabatta
Instructions:
1. Place a tapas platter or large serving dish on the table. 2. Arrange the sliced chorizo, manchego cheese, and olives beautifully on the platter.
3. Add the hummus in the center of the platter and garnish with fresh herbs such as parsley or cilantro.
4. Arrange the avocado slices, red bell pepper, and cucumber around the edges of the platter.
5. Serve with nachos or ciabatta.
