Ingredients:
- 300 g rice
- 500 ml water
- 200 g chicken breast
- 100 g green beans
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro
Instructions:
1. Rinse the rice under cold water and cook it in 500 ml of water until tender.
2. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and sauté them in a hot pan with sesame oil until golden brown.
3. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for a moment until fragrant.
4. Stir in the green beans and soy sauce, mixing well, and cook for a few more minutes.
5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve the chicken and green bean mixture over the cooked rice and garnish with fresh cilantro.
