Ingredients:
- 800 g beef neck (Black Angus)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cut the beef neck into steaks approximately 2.5 cm thick.
2. In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add the steaks to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
4. Preheat the grill to high heat.
5. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
6. Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.
